How to delete your Goodivo account and what happens to your data.

Request account deletion

Your verified request is recorded privately. Automatic full erasure is not yet operational; submitting does not mean your account or private data has been deleted.

How to delete

Open Profile, then Privacy & account, then Withdraw profile & posts. This withdraws public content in one checked transaction but does not delete your sign-in account or all private records.

You can submit a private account-deletion request on this page or in Profile after signing in with a verified email, or email hello@goodivo.online from your account email. Requests are processed manually and your account and personal data are erased within 90 days.

What is deleted

Withdrawal removes your profile, requests, volunteer offers and product listings from public view, and clears profile personal fields. Applications, private messages, uploaded files and the authentication account are not erased by this withdrawal action.

What is retained

Limited records — moderation actions, reports involving your account and audit logs — are kept for up to 90 days for safety and fraud prevention, then deleted or anonymised. They are never publicly visible.
