We do not claim any registration, licence or certification that has not been verified.

Account information: email address and password (stored only as a secure hash by our authentication provider), plus anything you add to your profile such as display name, photo, bio, skills, languages and general location.

Content you create: help requests, helper profiles, product listings, applications, messages, reviews and reports, including attachments you upload.

Usage information: basic technical logs, AI tool usage counts for fair-usage limits, and moderation records.

To operate the platform: publishing your content where you chose to publish it, matching requests with volunteers, and delivering messages and notifications.

To keep people safe: reviewing reported content, enforcing our Community Guidelines, and applying rate limits and abuse prevention.

To keep free AI tools sustainable: counting your usage against per-user quotas.

When you run an AI tool, the details entered in that tool are sent through the Lovable AI Gateway to the configured model provider to generate a result. Inputs, outputs, usage and error status are stored in your account for history and quota enforcement. Do not submit identity documents, passwords or other sensitive information.

Socilet campaign applications collect the contact and business/project details shown in each form for review and delivery contact. Applicants see their own records; authorized administrators can review them. Domain/hosting provider data sharing must be disclosed separately before activation.

Optional community tasks store your evidence, completion/review state and any appeal explanation. They do not unlock products or volunteer services. Advertising and donation payments are currently disabled.

Personal data is kept only while your account is active and for up to 90 days after deletion or withdrawal, unless a longer period is required by law or an open safety investigation. Our service providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

We do not publish your email address, phone number or precise home address by default.

We do not sell your personal information.

We do not require payment to receive help, and donations (when available) are never linked to your visibility or priority.

You can edit or delete your content, control privacy settings on your profile, adjust non-essential notification preferences, and block other users.

Profile settings currently support public-profile and post withdrawal, not complete account erasure. Full account deletion, retention periods and a verified external request contact must be finalized before release. See the Account Deletion page for the current limitations.

Content you delete is removed from public view immediately. Remaining personal data, moderation actions, reports and audit logs are kept for up to 90 days, then deleted or anonymised, unless the law or an open safety investigation requires longer.
